23 XMUM Teams Shine at 2nd China-Malaysia Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
The Innovation Center congratulates 23 XMUM teams for bringing home 6 First Prizes, 6 Second Prizes, 7 Third Prizes and 4 Consolation Prizes from the 2nd China-Malaysia Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, with a total cash prize of RM9,900.

The Research Management Centre congratulates Dr. Yang Junjie from XMUM School of Economics and Management for being awarded 2021 AliResearch “Huoshui” Young Academics Project.With the title “Teaching case study - Practical cases, mechanism of action and the promotional value of platform economy in rural vitalization”, this project focuses on the importance of platform economy and analyzes the role of rural e-commerce in rural vitalization.

XMU and XMUM Organize Joint Workshop on Mathematics
A Joint Workshop on Mathematics was organized by Xiamen University (XMU) and Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) on 10 July 2021, underlining the close connection between the parent university and the branch campus.Being the third workshop jointly organized by XMUM Department of Mathematics and XMU School of Mathematical Sciences, this event attracted over 100 attendees from XMU, XMUM and the public.

6 XMUM Graduates Pass CIMA A-Star Programme
Six fresh graduates from XMUM Accounting Programme have passed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) A-Star Programme (May 2021 Window), a unique one-exam pathway for high achieving students and graduates to become Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMAs). The six high achievers are Qian Jin, Xin Xing, Lee Fong Ying, Wee Li Yue, Law Ke Ying and Kam Shi Zhen.
