How to Apply to XMUM
Applying to Xiamen University Malaysia is a simple and guided process designed to accommodate both local and international applicants. Whether you choose to apply online, by email, or via a physical submission, the steps are clear and well-supported by our Admissions Office.
To begin, select your preferred application method and ensure all required supporting documents are prepared. These include academic transcripts, identification documents, and proof of payment for the application and registration fees. Once your application is submitted, our team will review the information provided and may contact you if any clarification or additional documentation is needed.

Apply to XMUM in 3 Easy Steps

Online Application
Complete the online application form and upload your supporting documents through our secure portal at your convenience.

Email Application
Download, complete the form, and send it with all required documents to admissions@xmu.edu.my.

Paper Application
Print and complete the application form. Submit it by hand or post to the XMUM Admissions Office with the required documents.
