About XMUM Student Council
The Xiamen University Malaysia Student Council (XMUM SC) is the official representative body for undergraduate students. Acting as a vital bridge between students and the university administration, the Council amplifies student voices, fosters constructive dialogue, and works to build a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive campus community.
Who We Are
The Council is led by the Executive Committee, consisting of:

This team sets the vision and direction of the Council, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
Supporting the Executive Committee are four key departments, each dedicated to specific areas of student life:
Public Relations – Enhancing communication and visibility
Student Life – Creating meaningful student experiences
Student Welfare – Addressing well-being and support needs
Academic & Career Services – Supporting academic growth and career readiness
Together, these departments work to represent student interests, respond to concerns, and implement initiatives that enrich campus life.
