NESE Students Publish in Process Safety and Environmental Protection
The Center for Postgraduate Studies and Research congratulates Chew Zheng Ting, Hoy Zheng Xuan, and Assist. Prof. Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon Kok Sin from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering for their recent publication in Process Safety and Environmental Protection, an SCI Q1 journal with a latest impact factor of 6.158.

The Innovation Center congratulates Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Wong Shen Yuong from XMUM School of Electrical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence for winning a gold medal at Research Innovation Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship Showcase (RICES) 2021 organized by Multimedia University. Her team members include Cheng Kin Meng and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Koo Ah Choo from Multimedia University, and Prof. Salman Yussof from National Energy University.

Dr. Tan Jian Ping Receives MOSTI Technology Development Fund 1
Research Management Centre congratulates Dr. Tan Jian Ping from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering for receiving Technology Development Fund 1 (TeD 1) from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia, with an allocation of RM 500,000.Dr. Tan Jian Ping’s project aims to improve the productivity of 1,3-propanediol from palm-based biodiesel waste glycerol (TDF07211418). This project is expected to be completed within 24 months.
