About SCDS
(School of Computing and Data Science)
School of Computing and Data Science was established in Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) to provide science and engineering courses. It is an important interdisciplinary faculty in the university, aiming to become a centre of excellence, especially in the current age of information.
This school has established extensive ties through academic exchange and cooperation with many world-renowned universities and enterprises. One of its main achievements is winning the Exemplary Software School Construction Achievements Prize for Software School, awarded by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
The school has appointed over 20 internationally and domestically well-known scholars as part-time, guest or honorary professors including members of the Engineering Academies of the US and Canada.
