XMUM Delegation Visits UPM

On 17 November 2025, a delegation from Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) visited the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to further strengthen academic collaboration and enhance teaching quality under their ongoing TCM partnership.A delegation of 5 members from XMUM, led by Prof. Dr. Chen Shaodong, Dean of STCM, met with UPM representatives involved in the collaboration, including visiting lecturers, programme managers, and lab technicians supporting the teaching and management of eight Western Medicine courses under the TCM programme.

XMUM Students Participate in WikiSelera 2025: Francophone Gastronomy

​On 7 November 2025, four students from the English Language and Literature programme, who are also taking French as a major elective and second foreign language, represented Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) in WikiSelera 2025: Francophone Gastronomy.Organised by Wikimedia Malaysia in collaboration with the French Embassy in Malaysia and Alliance Française Kuala Lumpur, the event aimed to produce a bilingual Malay-French recipe book on Francophone cuisine, giving participants the opportunity to explore Francophone culture while contributing to global open knowledge.
