On 14 October 2026, the School of Communication at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) held its Dean's List Award Ceremony for the 2026/04 academic session at B1 #114, recognizing 85 students for their outstanding academic achievements.

The ceremony began with opening remarks by Prof. Dr. Wang Changsong, Dean of the School of Communication, followed by the presentation of awards to students from the three undergraduate programmes: Journalism, Advertising, and Communication.

From storytellers to strategists, a total of 85 students were recognized for their academic performance, comprising 8 students from Journalism, 61 from Advertising, and 16 from Communication.

Among the awardees, Oi Xi Wen from the Communication programme achieved a perfect GPA of 4.00 in the 2026/04 academic session. Her result earned special congratulations from the School.
