XMUM Ranks Among ESI Global Top 1% in Clinical Medicine
Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) is ranked among global top 1% in the Clinical Medicine discipline, according to the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) ranking released in January 2021.This is the first discipline of the University that has entered the ranking.A total of 4,904 institutions worldwide and 13 institutions in Malaysia have been included in the top 1% of ESI global ranking of the said discipline.
XMUM Cup Physics Competition for Secondary School Successfully Held
Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) has successfully organized the first XMUM Cup Physics Competition for Secondary School in November 2020.With the purposes of stimulating Malaysian students’ curiosity in fundamental science and arousing their interests in physics, the Competition has attracted 526 participants from 30 schools across the country.The Competition integrates numerical calculation with interactive visual experiments, which ask students to collect data with the visual apparatus so as to obtain the correct answer.
