XMUM Students Excel in 2024 Nestle CEO Challenge
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre congratulates a team of undergraduate students -Han Wei (Mathematics), Guo Bingjie (E-commerce), and Zhang Zhongyu (Accounting) - for achieving successful results in the prestigious 2024 Nestle CEO Challenge. The team showcased their skills and innovative thinking in this global competition which attracted over 700 participating teams.

Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon and NESE Students Publish in Energy and Buildings
The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Ng Wai Lam and Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon Kok Sin from the Department of New Energy Science and Engineering, School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, for their recent research article published in Energy and Buildings, an SCI Q1 journal with the latest impact factor of 6.7. Ng Wai Lam is pursuing her master’s degree in New Energy Science and Engineering at Xiamen University Malaysia.

Known for its lush greenery and diverse landscapes, XMUM provides a perfect habitat for many plants and animals. Chan Yi Ying, a third-year Marine Environmental Chemistry student, is an enthusiastic bird-watcher. Under the supervision of Dr. Ng Wei Lun, she recently compiled a detailed infographic of campus birds based on her observations.

Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) recently hosted the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Week 2024, themed Elemento Symphonarium, from 6-10 May 2024. The five-day event was a collaborative effort between the Traditional Chinese Medicine Society (TCMS) and the Student Union of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCMSU).
