To foster entrepreneurial spirit among students, Chemical Engineering Postgraduate Studies Committee (CPSC) from School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University Malaysia recently organized two impactful talks featuring distinguished speakers in the field of entrepreneurship.

Held on 31 October 2023, the talk "Entrepreneurship in Action: Opportunities Creation and Product Commercialization" was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ricardo Baba from XMUM School of Economics and Management & MBA Centre. It covered entrepreneurial concepts, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, business funding, product commercialization, and business planning.

Another talk, "Preparing Researchers for Entrepreneurship" by Ir. Woo Ah Keong, Founder & Group Chairman of Master Jaya Group of Companies, was given on 12 December 2023. The talk offered insights into the essentials for embarking on an entrepreneurial journey and attaining success.
