The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Asst. Prof. Dr. You Hui Wei from the School of Economics and Management (SEM), Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), on being honored with the Emerald Literati Outstanding Reviewer Award 2025 for her contributions to Management Research Review, a reputable international academic journal published by Emerald Publishing.

The Emerald Literati Awards are presented annually by Emerald Publishing to recognize reviewers and authors who demonstrate excellence in academic publishing. The programme acknowledges individuals who exhibit professionalism, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the advancement of high-quality research globally. The Outstanding Reviewer Award specifically recognizes reviewers who have made exceptional contributions to the peer-review process through the quality, timeliness, and impact of their reviews.

This recognition highlights Dr. You's continued commitment to academic excellence and her dedicated service in the peer-review process, which plays a vital role in maintaining research quality and advancing scholarly knowledge.

Dr. You Hui Wei is an Assistant Professor at Xiamen University Malaysia, a Research Fellow at UNITAR International University, and an Adjunct Supervisor at SEGi University. She earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. She has published extensively in SSCI/SCIE-indexed journals and actively serves as a reviewer and research supervisor. Her research interests include finance, digital finance, crowdfunding, machine learning, and sustainability.
