XMUM Secures International Science Partnerships Fund for Lithium Battery Recycling Project

Prof. Zheng Jin-Cheng and Team Publish in Renewable Energy
The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Prof. Zheng Jin-Cheng (corresponding author), the Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, for the recent research article on SnS thin film solar cells published in Renewable Energy, a SCI Q1 journal with an impact factor of 9.
XMUM Alumnus Shares Research on Sustainable Agriculture at Global IChemE Webinar
Yeow Teck Ann, a graduate of the Bachelor of Chemical Engineering programme at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), recently presented his research at a global webinar organised by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), a UK-based professional body for chemical engineers. He was joined by his supervisor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Jian Ping from the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering (SECE), XMUM.
Xiamen University Malaysia Strengthens TCM Collaboration with Local Clinics
During 26-27 May 2025, a delegation from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (STCM) at Xiamen University Malaysia, led by Dean Prof. Chen Shaodong, visited Nature Concept TCM in Johor Bahru and Sunway TCM in Kuala Lumpur to strengthen collaboration in TCM education and clinical practice.

XMUM School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Co-Organizes the 2nd Malaysia Acupuncture Forum
The School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (STCM) at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) served as a co-organizer of the 2nd Malaysia Acupuncture Forum, held on 25 May 2025 at the AC Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.The forum was hosted by the Malaysia Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association, and brought together leading experts and scholars to exchange knowledge on the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
