XMUM EEE Undergraduates Publish Research Results on Innovative Optical Instruments
The Research Management Center congratulates eight (8) undergraduate students from XMUM Electrical and Electronics Engineering Programme (EEE) on publishing two SCI Q1 papers proposing three types of new absolute optical instruments. Their research is conducted under the guidance of Prof. Chen Huanyang from School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Xiamen University (XMU).
Ir. Dr. Wong Shen Yuong Publishes in SCI Q1 Journal as First and Corresponding Author
The Research Management Center congratulates Ir. Dr. Wong Shen Yuong from Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) programme on her recent publication entitled “A New Probabilistic Output Constrained Optimization Extreme Learning Machine”, as First and Corresponding Author. The paper was published online on February 2020 (Volume 8, Issue 1) in IEEE Access, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Ir. Dr. Wong Shen Yuong Publishes in SCI Q1 Journal
Ir. Dr. Wong Shen Yuong from Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) programme recently published an article entitled “Hybrid Data Regression Model Based on the Generalized Adaptive Resonance Theory Neural Network” in December 2019 (Volume 7, Issue 1) in IEEE Access, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
XMUM Students Conduct Summer Research at XMU China
While the others were enjoying their time off university, eight XMUM students from Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) Programme were busy working in laboratories at Xiamen University China (XMU). In the three-week Research Camp, the students conducted scientific research under the guidance of Prof. Chen Huanyang from XMU School of Electronic Science and Engineering (National Model Microelectronics College) and gained a foretaste of postgraduate life. The results they obtained from their research will be presented in two papers.
