XMUM Forges New Collaborative Partnerships with 7 Global Universities
XMUM Wins 7 Bronze Prizes in 6th “Internet+” Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition
The Innovation Center congratulates XMUM teams on winning seven bronze prizes in the 6th China International College Students' “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2020). Organized by the Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China, this competition was first held in 2015 and has since become one of the world’s largest and most influential platforms for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among college students.
XMUM Students Win Global Grand Prize at Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition 2020
Innovation Center congratulates XMUM team “New Revolution” for winning the Grand Prize for the Best Ideas (the Youth Category) in Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition (CEC) 2020 with their project “Escawipe”.

XMUM Co-hosts the 3rd International Conferences on Future Smart Cities
Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) successfully hosted the 3rd International Conference on Future Smart Cities (FSC) & Resilient and Responsible Architecture and Urbanism (RRAU) from 14 to 15 November 2020, with International Experts for Research Enrichment and Knowledge Exchange (IEREK) as the collaborative partner. The conference was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
8 XMUM Faculty Members Receive 2020 MOHE Research Fund
Eight faculty members from Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) received Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) 2020 awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) Malaysia, with a total allocated amount of RM 833,366.The recipients are from School of Economics & Management, School of Energy & Chemical Engineering, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Department of Mathematics.
