The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Team CMEACES, comprising a group of chemical engineering undergraduate students - Said Ismail Amer Aref Yaser, Yeow Teck Ann and Wong Man Kei - for achieving resounding victory in the Southeast Asia Global Innovative Challenge (SEA-GIC) 2023.Hosted by the American Chemical Society (ACS), the SEA-GIC 2023 is an international-level pitching competition with the theme “Fueling the future, give the earth reason to smile”.

NESE Postgraduate Quests for Sustainable Development in Ecuador
Chin Min Yee, a Master's student from New Energy Science and Engineering Programme, Xiamen University Malaysia, attended Global Development Conference 2023, which took place at Quito, Ecuador, from 31 October to 1 November, 2023. Themed “Biodiversity and Sustainable Development”, the Conference was organized by the Global Development Network (GDN) in collaboration with Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and Future Earth, gathering a total of 360 participants from 70 countries.
