Biography

Dr. Wang Zhitian is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chinese at Xiamen University Malaysia. Prior to this appointment, he was an Assistant Professor at Sun Yat-sen University from 2020 to 2025. He earned his Ph.D. in Chinese Literature from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and has extensive experience in both research and teaching in the field of Classical Chinese Literature. His academic interests also extend to digital humanities, modern Chinese poetry and literary composition.
