Biography

Dr. Ng Kee Ong is an Assistance Professor who joined Department of Chinese Studies, Xiamen University in year 2025. She graduated as Ph.D. in Literature from Fudan University. Her research interests include modern and contemporary Sinophone literature and literary theory, with earlier work focusing on the continuity and transformation between Ming–Qing fiction and modern novels. In recent years, her research has mainly focused on the study and reorganization of Chinese Malaysian literature.
