Biography
Noor Hafizah Ismail is a dedicated academic with over a decade of experience in teaching and curriculum development in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science. She holds a Master of Science in Data Mining and Knowledge Management from the University of East London, United Kingdom (2012), and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) in Software Engineering from Multimedia University, Malaysia (2008).
Throughout her academic career, Ms. Noor Hafizah has served in various higher education institutions, including SEGi University, KDU University College, First City University College, and Multimedia University. She has held key leadership roles such as Programme Leader and Final Year Project Coordinator, where she was responsible for managing academic programs, mentoring students, and coordinating research and innovation showcases.
Her research interests lie primarily in Sentiment Analysis and Data Science, with a growing focus on integrating artificial intelligence techniques in educational and social contexts. Ms. Noor Hafizah has published several conference and journal papers in these areas and has received multiple awards for innovation and research excellence.
With her strong passion for teaching and research, she continues to inspire students to explore the transformative potential of data-driven technologies and contribute meaningfully to the digital future.
