BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Lee Jian Yan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chinese Studies Department in Xiamen University Malaysia. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from National Taiwan Normal University and earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees from Peking University. He is a recipient of the China Studies New Sinology Scholarship. His research interests and areas of expertise include the history of Chinese philosophy, Pre-Qin philosophy, Confucian philosophy, and contemporary Neo-Confucianism.
