Biography
Dr Noor Hida Natrah binti Aziz is a Lecturer at School of Computing and Data Science, Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM). She obtained her PhD and Masters in Information Technology from UiTM Shah Alam in 2024 and 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Information Technology with International Business from University Poly-Tech MARA (UPTM) in 2012. Through the journey in teaching, she has taught a variety of undergraduate courses, including Software Architecture and Design Patterns, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Database Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Systems Analysis and Design. Her research interests in area Knowledge Management, Web Development, and HCI. Beyond teaching, she has been actively involved in research, academic supervision, and scholarly publications. She has also participated in conferences, workshops, and collaborative research projects focusing on digital learning ecosystems and student engagement frameworks. She aspires to integrate innovative digital tools to enhance learning experiences and promote sustainable, inclusive educational practices.
