Biography

Atikah Azhar is a lecturer at the School of Economics and Management (SEM), Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM). She brings more than 9 years of higher education experience, having served as Programme Leader for the Diploma in Accounting at University Tunku Abdul Rahman and taught at several Malaysian higher education institutions. At Strathclyde, she actively contributes to the department’s research community through seminars and doctoral colloquium. Her research interests lie at the intersection of taxation, corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate disclosure and employment law.
