Biography

Dr. Li Jing is an Assistant Professor at the School of Computing and Data Science, Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM). He obtained his PhD in Informatics Engineering and works extensively on artificial intelligence, networking, internet of things, data science, machine learning and deep learning. His academic and industrial experience spans China, the United States, and Malaysia, with contributions to both applied R&D and fundamental research. Dr. Li has published more than 10 papers since 2023, including 6 SCI-indexed papers and 3 Q1 journals as the first author. Notably, his representative works have appeared in Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI), Journal of Big Data (JBD), and IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management (IEEE TNSM). Beyond these, he has published with Elsevier, IEEE, Springer Nature, Inderscience, and authored academic books with Eliva Press and Xidian Press. He actively contributes as a member of IEEE and CCF, collaborates with start-ups on AI-driven IoT and digital twin technologies, promotes AI applications, and serves as an editor and reviewer for leading SCI journals and international conferences.
