SCSRL Team Visits Jiangsu Harvers Biotech Co., Ltd.
On 25 August 2026, the Suntar-CAMS Sustainability Research Laboratory (SCSRL) team had the opportunity to visit the fermentation plant of Jiangsu Harvers Biotech Co., Ltd., where the team met with Ms. Yuke Ding for an insightful industry engagement.
The visit provided the SCSRL team with valuable first-hand exposure to industrial fermentation processes and biotechnology applications at an industry scale. Through the visit, the team gained a better understanding of how fermentation technologies are implemented in an industrial setting, including the importance of process optimisation, quality control, production efficiency, and standardisation in achieving consistent and reliable outcomes. The experience also allowed the team to gain insights into the practical considerations involved in translating biotechnology research from the laboratory into industrial applications.
