Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) MBA Centre hosted MBA Networking Day 15.0, featuring an exclusive visit to Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) in Kuala Lumpur on 6 July 2024, offering participants invaluable industry insights and networking opportunities.

MBA Networking Day is a series of events hosted by the XMUM MBA Centre to encourage networking among students, academic professionals, and industry experts.

The group received a warm welcome from Mr. Charles Feng, Manager of Public Affairs & Communications, and Mr. Ye Zhonghua, Director of the Board, Huawei Malaysia. They delivered engaging presentations on Huawei’s strategic operations, innovation-driven culture, and significant role in the global technology landscape.

He emphasized the crucial role of transparency and proactive stakeholder engagement in building trust and driving success. Mr. Ye followed with insights into Huawei's dynamic operational strategies in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. He highlighted the company's remarkable adaptability, vibrant corporate culture, and substantial investment in cutting-edge research and development (R&D), showcasing Huawei's commitment to leading technological advancement in the region.
