Prof. Dr Norazira Abdu Rahman, and Dr. Pang Swee Yun from the China-ASEAN College of Marine Sciences, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Jian Ping from the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, on their recent research article published in Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, an SCIE Q1 journal with an impact factor of 9.7.

Chemical Engineering Students Shines at BioRevolution 2026 Competition
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre congratulates a team of Chemical Engineering undergraduate students from the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), for being selected as one of the Top 5 finalists in the BioRevolution 2026 Competition. The competition was organised by the IChemE Student Chapter, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), in conjunction with the International Conference on Biomass, Biofuels and Green Transition (BioGreen 2026), held from 2 to 3 February 2026 at The Waterfront Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak.
