The Executive / Senior Executive, Alumni Relations will support the development and execution of initiatives to foster strong and meaningful relationships with the university's alumni. This role involves planning and coordinating alumni activities, maintaining the alumni database, supporting communications, and working collaboratively with various departments to strengthen alumni engagement.

As this is a newly established sub-unit under the Career Services Department, the role will also involve essential administrative responsibilities to support the foundational setup and daily operations of the office. The selected candidate will work closely with the Career Services (CS) team, particularly for major institutional events and collaborative programs that connect students and alumni.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating alumni events and programs (e.g., reunions, networking nights, guest lectures).

  • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative and operational support for alumni-related initiatives.

  • Manage and regularly update the alumni database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive alumni records.

  • Draft and disseminate newsletters, social media content, and communication materials tailored to alumni.

  • Respond to alumni queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g, faculties, Marketing, Development Office) to enhance alumni engagement efforts and support institutional goals.

  • Assist in collecting and curating alumni success stories, testimonials, and career trajectories for branding and outreach.

  • Contribute to the development of alumni career support initiatives in partnership with the Career Services team.

  • Provide regular reports and metrics to track alumni engagement and program effectiveness.

  • Support the operational setup and administrative processes of this new unit, including document management, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager, aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
