Senior Executive / Executive - Research and Postgraduate Centre
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration and governance of postgraduate studies-related matters
- Coordinate the promotion of postgraduate programmes
- Organise activities and events for postgraduate students
- Mentor the Postgraduate Student Council, oversee postgraduate facilities, and manage the postgraduate (PG) handbook, guidelines, and documentation
- Oversee PG degree conferment, awards, supervision records and result slips
- Assist in coordination with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of postgraduate programmes, including facilitating mobility and visa applications
- Perform day-to-day duties as assigned by the Assistant President and Senior Manage
Requirements / Qualifications
- Academic qualification: A PhD holder is an advantage.
- Experience in handling postgraduate administrative matters, including coordination of academic affairs and programme accreditation activities.
- Experience in drafting MoAs/MoUs, preparing academic and research proposals, familiarity with government grant systems and liaising with government agencies and private sectors.
- Creative and skilled in content creation.
- Academic qualification: At least a Master’s degree.
- Committed team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast- paced environment.
- Meticulous, with a positive attitude, hardworking and able to deliver assignments within a given timeline.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge in Power BI and Canva is an advantage.
- Good command of written and verbal Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
