Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to mailing room which includes clerical, parcels and mails sorting, data-entry and filing duties as well as maintain proper records of documents and correspondences.

  • Responsible to handle administrative work, emails, phone calls and others

  • Other ad-hoc work duties as and when requested.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma qualification

  • Possess PC knowledge, competent in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage.

  • Candidate must possess own transport.

  • Candidate must be willing to work at Kota Warisan, Sepang.
