Admin Assistant cum Receptionist - President's Office
Role and Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to mailing room which includes clerical, parcels and mails sorting, data-entry and filing duties as well as maintain proper records of documents and correspondences.
Responsible to handle administrative work, emails, phone calls and others
Other ad-hoc work duties as and when requested.
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma qualification
Possess PC knowledge, competent in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage.
Candidate must possess own transport.
Candidate must be willing to work at Kota Warisan, Sepang.
