XMUM Enhances Collaboration with Australian National University
Prof. Steven Roberts, Dean of the College of Business and Economics of Australian National University (ANU), visited Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) on 17 November 2022 to enhance the current collaboration between the two institutions.The discussion focused on establishing two new programmes, namely Finance and Accounting, when renewing the current partnership while expanding the area of student exchange program and research collaboration.

The President of Dublin Business School (DBS) Mr. Andrew Conlan-Trant visited Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) on 8 November 2022, seeking to strengthen the partnership collaboration with XMUM.The discussion centred around the renewal of the current partnership, the development of new programmes, and the promotion of the postgraduate study pathway to Dublin Business School.
Cardiff University to Further Partnership with Xiamen University Malaysia
On 3 November 2022, Prof. Colin Riordan, the President and Vice-Chancellor of Cardiff University, visited Xiamen University Malaysia to deepen the ongoing partnership between the two institutions.According to the discussion, future cooperation will be enhanced in the fields of student exchange and collaborative research, while the postgraduate progression pathway programme will be further broadened to expose students more to international education.
XMUM Signs MoU with the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia
Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM), allowing students from Chemical Engineering programme and Electrical and Electronics Engineering programme to network with engineers from IEM, being exposed to the professional engineering field through lectures, courses, forums, talks, seminars and other events.
