Consul General Visits XMUM before Assuming Office in Guangzhou

Mr. Beh Ching Chye, the incoming Consul General at Malaysian Consulate General in Guangzhou, China, visited Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) on 11 January 2018. Mr. Beh will start his tenure in Guangzhou later this month.XMUM President Wang Ruifang expressed the university’s deep appreciation for the help it has received from Malaysian Consulate General in Guangzhou during the past few years. He hoped that XMUM will continue to receive strong support from the consulate.

His photo was printed out and showcased during BMW Shorties Short Film Festival in Dec 2017.The title of his photo is “Thousand Miles with a Single Step”. It was taken at Kowloon, Hong Kong in 2016.
