XMUM Launches New Master's Programme in Semiconductor Technology

Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) has introduced a new Master's Programme in Semiconductor Technology, aimed at preparing skilled professionals to support the rapidly growing semiconductor industry.This postgraduate programme combines theoretical foundations with practical training in semiconductor science and engineering. It is designed to meet the increasing global demand for expertise in semiconductor technology, which underpins key developments in digitalisation, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.

Two third-year students from Physics programme, Xiamen University Malaysia, are enjoying their internship at University of Gdańsk, Poland, under the inaugural Research Internship Student Exchange Program.This program was initiated by Department of Physics, Xiamen University Malaysia and Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, University of Gdańsk, in January 2023, allowing students from both departments to do a research internship at the other university and enrich their global experience.
