On 19 May 2025, the Intellectual Property and Innovation Research Centre (IPIRC) at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) will host the International Forum on “Intellectual Property Innovation and Governance in the Digital Economy Era”. The forum is co-organized by the Intellectual Property Research Institute (IPRI) and the Belt and Road Research Institute (BRRI) of Xiamen University, with support from Unitalen Attorneys at Law.

The event will bring together scholars, legal practitioners, and industry experts from Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, and Japan to discuss key challenges and developments in the field of intellectual property. Highlights of the program include a keynote speech, three plenary sessions, and two roundtable discussions.
