Inspection of Works (Architectural, Civil & Structural) - Construction Office
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and supervise the works in accordance to drawings and specifications, as assigned by the Resident Engineer.
- Ensure the required standard of quality and accuracy of works are achieved.
- Test and examine the materials used in accordance to specifications and contract provisions
- Prepare and maintain site records and reports.
- Verify works and sign Form G. in accordance to the approved drawings by the authorities.
- Assist the Resident Engineer on any other duties of the job as required in the site management.
- Carry out other site administration works as instructed by client and consultants.
Requirements / Qualifications
- A Diploma or Certificate in Civil & Structural or Architectural.
- Registered as Inspector Of Works with the Board Of Engineers or Board Of Architects.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in construction supervision of civil & structural and architectural works.
- Experience in high-rise building and bored piling works is the added advantage.
