Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply, delivery and installation of below:

PROJECT: CONNECT LABORATORY FURNITURE
BUDGET: RM 600,000.00

Registration Date & Time: 10thApril – 2nd May 2023, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Registration can be done at Room G11,Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia on above schedule.Kindly prepare below documents during registration:
1.Tender Registration Application Form;
2. Form 9; and
3. Earnest money
Earnest Money: RM 10,000.00
Tenderers are required to submit Cheque or Bank Draft with amount as stated above andmade payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD (Company No: 201201038124) as earnest money during registration. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tendererfails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date & Time. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.
Sample Submission Date: 2nd May 2023, 9.00am -5.00pm
Sample shall be submitted to Ms. Agnes Ng at Room G11, Block B1, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Closing Date & Time: 3rd May 2023, 9.30am -10.00am
All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 303, Block B1on above Closing Date & Time.Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.
TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
