TENDER NOTICE 招标公告
Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) hereby invites qualified and eligible contractors to participate in an open tender for the project described below.
厦门大学马来西亚分校就下述项目进行公开招标，欢迎符合要求的施工单位参加投标。
1.    Tender Number招标编号: XMUM26T1003
2.    Tender Project招标项目: 
ELV Systems for A2-3F Lecturer Offices & B1-3F Staff Lounge and Gym Room
A2-3F教师办公室 & B1-3F休息室及健身房弱电工程
3.    Company Qualification Requirement公司资质要求:
3.1.    Must be legally possess a valid business license registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) or equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation. 
必须合法持有在 Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) 注册的有效营业执照，或由公司所在国相关机构颁发的同等证书。
3.2.    The tenderer shall be a legally registered entity and must possess a valid business registration certificate, license, or equivalent documentation issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation. 
投标人须为依法注册成立的法人实体，并持有其注册所在地主管机关颁发的有效营业执照或同等法律文件。
3.3.    The project manager and key project management personnel shall be full-time employees of the tenderer or formally engaged by the tenderer. The tenderer shall provide proof of employment or engagement, such as employment contracts, appointment letters, social security contribution records (where applicable), or other relevant documentation. Project manager shall hold a valid PMP certification and shall also have at least five (5) years of relevant project management experience in ELV project.
项目经理及主要项目管理人员须为投标人的全职员工或正式聘用人员，并提供相关证明文件（如劳动合同、任命书、社保证明（如适用）或其他有效证明）。项目经理应持有有效的PMP认证，并至少拥有五年弱电项目相关的项目管理经验。
4.    Distribution of Invitation to Tender (ITT) 发放招标文件时间:
(No registration or documents will be accepted or issued outside this period在规定时间外不再接受报名和发放招标文件)
Time时间:        From now until 20th May, 2026 (working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
                        即日起至2026年5月20日（工作时间9:00-17:00）
5.    Pre-Tender Site Inspection踏勘现场:
Time时间:     6th May, 2026 (10:00AM)
                     2026年5月6日（10:00）
Tenderers can contact the contact person during this period for site inspection.
投标人可在上述时间段内联系招标事务联系人，由后者带领至现场踏勘。
6.    Clarification 答疑:
All tenderers should submit written questions via email by 5.00pm on 14th May, 2026. XMUM will respond in writing by 5.00pm on 15th May, 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
本次招标不组织现场答疑，请各投标单位在2026年5月14日17:00前以书面形式传真/电邮，招标人将在2026年5月15日17:00之前以书面形式回复。逾期不候。
7.    Tender Submission (Closing) Time and Location 递交投标文件时间及地点:
Time时间:      9.00AM - 9:30AM, 22nd May, 2026 (late submissions will not be accepted).

XMUM does not bear any costs incurred by tenderers in preparing or submitting their tender documents.
招标人不负责承担投标人准备投标文件、递交投标文件所发生的任何费用。
