Biography

Anis Alagandra Karpayah is an experienced Visual effects artist / 3D artist / Graphic Designer / Lecturer proficient in both PC and Mac softwares in addition to a successful portfolio in the education, graphic design, animation & visual effects field in addition to a 15 year experience in 2D / 3D softwares.

He lectures every aspect of 3D animation & VFX modules from the pre-production, production & post-production stages. Prior to that he was working as a Matchmove Artist for one of the biggest visual effects studios in the world called Rhythm & Hues Studios. He was responsible to track 3D camera motion in order to get a right depth & motion before passing them over to other departments like animation, lighting etc. Some of the movies that he has worked on are Alvin & the Chipmunks, Yogi Bear, X-Men:First Class, R.I.P.D & Percy Jackson & the Sea of Monsters. He has also worked as a Graphic Designer & a CG Generalist prior to that.
