BIOGRAPHY 

Dr. Koh Chong Wah is an Assistant Professor who joined Department of Chinese Studies, Xiamen University Malaysia in year 2022. He completed his studies in National Taiwan University (Bachelor Degree of History) and Zhejiang University (Master Degree of Chinese History) and has more than 10 years of teaching experience before he obtained his Ph.D. in Xiamen University (Ph.D. in World History). Dr. Koh research focuses on the History of Southeast Asia, History of China and Folkloristic. His representative works are The Research of the “Chinese Princesses” Legends in Southeast Asia (2022) and How Legend Has Been Constructed to History: A Case Study of Chinese Princess Hang Li Po’s Story (2016).
