Biography
Dr. Norhayati is a lecturer with a PhD in Electrical, Electronic and System Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her research interests include IC Design, Microelectronics, Machine Learning, and Biomedical Engineering. She has served in various academic and research roles across multiple universities and has industrial experience through attachments and engineering positions. She is also has published extensively in areas such as biomedical signal processing and clinical data analysis. She is a member of the IEEE and the Board of Engineers Malaysia, and was a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus Techno 2 Mobility Program, completing part of her PhD at Universitat de Girona, Spain.
