Biography
Dr. Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman is currently a lecturer at Xiamen University Malaysia, with research interests in magnetic refrigeration, magnetic and superconducting materials, transformer insulation, and renewable energy. He is dedicated to developing strong research skills on a global scale and is passionate about teaching and research. Dr. Abdul Rashid is a registered engineer and a member of several professional organizations, including the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).

Magnetocaloric effect, superconductor materials, magnetic refrigeration, magnetocaloric materials, advanced material applications, renewable energy, X-ray diffraction, neutron diffraction, transformer insulation, alternative transformer oils, nanofluid-doped transformer oils, high voltage transformers.
