Biography

Dr. Wong Lai Wan is interested in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence applications in business operations. Her research focuses on technology adoption, supply chain innovation, and the application of cutting-edge technologies in organizational contexts. At the institutional level, she oversees comprehensive quality assurance systems and academic administration. Her research has earned significant recognitions as Highly Cited and Hot Papers in Web of Science, particularly in emerging technology adoption and AI applications. She is certified as a Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and is a Certified Officer in Quality Assurance of Higher Education by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. Dr. Wong serves as a Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists and maintains senior membership in IEEE.
