MFU Students Experience the Charm of Traditional Chinese Medicine at XMUM

28 visiting students from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand (MFU), finished their one-month stay at Xiamen University Malaysia, experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese medicine and local culture.

Spanning from 6 Feb to 4 Mar 2023, this well-designed program covered a wide range of courses in traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese culture, including Clinical apprenticeship, Health promotion and rehabilitation, Diet, spiritual and living regimen, Tuina and scraping techniques, Tai Chi & Ba Duan Jin exercises, as well as Chinese language and culture.

A day trip to Kuala Lumpur was also organized. Accompanied by TCM students from XMUM, the guests were able to explore the fusion of diverse traditions and the vibrant local lifestyle in the capital city of Malaysia.

The program received positive feedback from the participants. Students expressed their gratitude for the knowledge and practical experience they gained in the world of TCM. They also cherished the chance to immerse themselves in the culturally diverse community at XMUM's campus, fostering cross-cultural friendships and understanding.
