Dr. Yang Chia Yen Publishes in Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management
The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Dr. Yang Chia Yen from the School of Economics and Management for her recent research article published in Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management (JHMM) (SSCI Q1, 2023 Impact Factor 11.9), an Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) A journal. According to Clarivate (Web of Science), JHMM ranks No. 1 out of 140 ofiournals in the hospitality, leisure, sport & tourism category, and among the top 2% of journals (6/407) in the management category.

XMUM Team Wins Second Prize at the 2023 Global Contest for the Best China-Focused Cases
The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates the research team from School of Economics and Management for winning the Second Prize at the “2023 Global Contest for the Best China-Focused Cases” on 12 April 2024. The winning case “Alibaba: The Evolving Corporate Social Responsibility of an E-Commerce Platform” was developed by Dr. Yang Junjie, Dr. Beh Yean Shan and team members from other institutions.

6 XMUM Academics Secure Research Funding by the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme 2023
The Research and Postgraduate Centre extends its congratulations to six XMUM academics who have secured the prestigious grants under the Ministry of Higher Education’s Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS). The six recipients, from School of Electrical Engineering & Artificial Intelligence, School of Energy & Chemical Engineering, China-ASEAN College of Marine Sciences, and School of Economics & Management, have collectively been awarded a total of RM 639,946.
