NESE Students Publish Research Article in High Impact Journal, Additive Manufacturing
The Research Management Center congratulates Tan Khai Yang, Hoy Zheng Xuan, Asst. Prof. Dr. Foo Chuan Yi and Prof. Huang Nay Ming from Department of New Energy Science and Engineering (NESE), XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering for publishing a research article entitled “Single Droplet 3D Printing of Electrically Conductive Resin using High Aspect Ratio Silver Nanowires”.This paper is published in Additive Manufacturing, an SCI Tier 1 Journal with an impact factor of 10.998.
Dr. Ong Wee Jun Named 2021 Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate
For the third consecutive year (2019, 2020 and 2021), Associate Professor Dr. Ong Wee Jun from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering has been named Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher for the cross-field category.

CME Students Wins 5th Place at Chem-E Car Presentation Competition 2021
Innovation Center congratulates the penultimate year students Ee Jin An and Jocelyn Lim Jean Yi from School of Energy and Chemical Engineering for winning the fifth place at the International IEM Chem-E Car Online Presentation Competition 2021. The team of two was supervised by Dr. Yee Kian Fei and Dr. Andrew Ng Kay Lup from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering.

The Research Management Center congratulates Cheong Jian Ye and Jason Koay Soon Chye from New Energy Science and Engineering Programme (NESE), XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, for publishing a research article entitled “Maximizing the Output Power Density Enhancement of Solid Polymer Electrolyte Based-Triboelectric Nanogenerators via Contact Electrification-Induced Ionic Polarization” as co-first authors.
NESE Student Wins Best Oral Presentation Award at 7th International Conference on Low Carbon and Asia Beyond
Chin Min Yee, a master's student from New Energy Science and Engineering Programme (NESE), XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, has won the Best Oral Presentation Award at the 7th International Conference on Low Carbon and Asia Beyond.With the title of Exploring the Life Cycle Environmental Performance of Different Microbial Fuel Cell Configurations, the paper she presented at the conference is a collaborative work between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Xiamen University Malaysia.
