Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon & Team Publish in Science of the Total Environment
The Research and Postgraduate Centre congratulates Martin Wan Jianyuan, Phuang Zhen Xin, Hoy Zheng Xuan, and Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon Kok Sin from Department of New Energy Science and Engineering, School of Energy and Chemical Engineering for their recent research article published in the Science of the Total Environment, an SCI Q1 journal with the latest impact factor of 9.8. This is a collaborative research with Universiti Teknologi MARA. Martin Wan Jianyuan and Phuang Zhen Xin contributed equally to this research as the first author.

XMUM Scholars Showcase Research Excellence at ICLCA 2023 on Low Carbon Initiatives
Spanning from 14-21 October 2023, two postgraduate students - Chin Min Yee and Phuang Zhen Xin - from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering participated in International Conference on Low Carbon Asia (ICLCA) 2023 as presentation delegates under Ts. Dr. Vincent Woon’s supervision. Embarked in 2015, ICLCA is a conference aiming to assemble outstanding academic researchers and industrial experts in low carbon development across the world for knowledge sharing and research showcases.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Wee Jun from School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University Malaysia was named 2023 Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate (Cross-Field), as one of the 11 awardees across Malaysia this year.

Dr. Tan Jian Ping Showcases XMUM Project at MOSTI R&D&C&I Convention
Dr. Tan Jian Ping, an Assistant Professor from XMUM School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, showcased his project at the R&D&C&I Convention on 15 November 2023. Organized by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) Malaysia, this event is a national platform for sharing knowledge, information, expertise, and experience in the fields of Research and Development (R&D), Commercialization (C) and Innovation (I), to increase sustainable economic growth towards developed countries.
