In an effort to enhance graduate employability, Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on university-industry cooperation with DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd on 8 May 2019.

The agreement, signed by Mr. Vincent Soh Chee Hong, Manager of Student Affairs (Career Services) of XMUM, and Ms. Sharmeel Kaur, Head of Human Resources, DHL Express, would provide internships and employment opportunities for students and establish a win-win partnership between both parties.

According to Mr. Soh, the internship and industrial training opportunities offered by DHL Express would help more XMUM students gain first-hand working experience, and improve their competitiveness in the job market, while enabling DHL Express to identify and recruit outstanding talents.
