On December 8, 2023, Xiamen University Malaysia hosted its annual X-Awards ceremony, bringing together more than 550 participants from 57 clubs and societies to celebrate their impactful contributions to the dynamic campus culture throughout the academic year.

With the theme "Forest and Masquerade", this year's X-Awards marked a remarkable surge in participation, reflecting the heightened engagement of clubs and societies on campus.

The event unfolded with a diverse array of performances, where Philharmonic Orchestra, Dance Club, Music Club, Ukulele Society and Martial Arts Club wove a rich tapestry of talents, captivating the audience with their enchanting performances.

X-Awards 2023 featured three categories of awards: Club Award, Event Award, and Individual Award. Special commendations went to the Xiamen University Malaysia Business Association, awarded the Most Active Non-Sports Club, and the 24 Festive Drums Club, recognized as the Most Active Arts Club.

The evening's pinnacle was reached with the recognition of the Football Club, clinching the title of Most Active Sports Club and securing the prestigious Club of the Year Award.
