Duke Kunshan University Explores Collaboration with XMUM

On 13 November 2019, Prof. Li Xin, Duke Kunshan University (DKU) Associate Dean for Research, and Dr. Wang Shuyi, DKU Director of Graduate Programs and Recruitment, paid a visit to Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), to discuss potential collaborative opportunities with XMUM representatives

A partnership between Duke University (U.S.) and Wuhan University (P.R. China), DKU is a liberal arts university based in Kunshan, China, that offers a range of high quality, innovative academic programmes for students from around the world. 

XMUM representatives present at the meeting include Prof. Wang Hui-Qiong (Director of the Research Management Centre), Prof. Mike Leu (Head of International Business Programme), Prof. Ni I-Hsun (China-ASEAN College of Marine Sciences) and Assistant Prof. Dr. Bhuiyan Mohammad Arif Sobhan (Electrical and Electronic Engineering). 

After the discussion, the DKU delegates shared information about DKU as well as three of its postgraduate programmes to interested students and academic staff.
