On 6 March 2026, Xiamen University Malaysia hosted two vibrant student-led activities, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and community engagement on campus.

The Photography Society held a Photography and Editing Workshop across the A5 blocks and tennis courts, offering participants hands-on experience in visual storytelling. The morning session featured a photoshoot guided by photographer Mr. Eric Lee, using professional SONY cameras and GODOX lighting to capture three themed setups: Active Youth, Floral Whimsy, and Classroom Portrait. In the afternoon, students explored post-production, mastering retouching techniques in Adobe Lightroom.

The workshop also encouraged networking. The society hosted the PhotoJam committees for a campus tour and exchange session, allowing participants to connect within the creative community and share their passion for photography.

Meanwhile, the Xiamen University Business Association (XMBA) organized a "Member Bonding" event for 27 members, mainly from Malaysia and Indonesia. Through games and team-based activities, participants strengthened connections, enhanced strategic thinking, and applied business knowledge in practical scenarios.

"Learning while playing is what I enjoyed the most. I’m excited for future events!" shared one participant. The event concluded successfully, fostering closer relationships and a stronger sense of community within XMBA.
