Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply, delivery and installation of below:

PROJECT: IAEC HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Registration Date & Time: 20th June – 1st July 2025, 9.00am -5.00pm

Registration can be done via email registration or submit at Room 707, Block A3,Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia on above schedule. Kindly avoid lunch hour at 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Tender Deposit: RM 2,000.00

Tenderers are required to deposit the amount stated above into XMUM’s account (refer to the account details below) as a tender deposit during the registration process. For the successful tenderer, the tender deposit will be converted into part of the performance bond. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). However, the deposit will be forfeited if the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents or withdraws their tender on or before the Submission Deadline. Refunds will only be processed upon presentation of an authorization letter from the tenderer, indicating the authorized person’s full name and identification number.
