TENDER NOTICE 招标公告
Our office is entrusted by Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) to conduct open tender for the renovation works of the 5th Floor of the library (A3). Qualified contractors are welcome to participate in the tender.
我办受厦门大学马来西亚分校的委托，图书馆5F改造装修工程进行公开招标，欢迎符合要求的施工单位参加投标。
1. Tender Number 招标编号: XMUM25T1003
2. Tender Project 招标项目: Renovation Works for the 5th Floor of A3 Library, 图书馆5F改造装修工程
3. Qualification Certification Documents (Malaysian enterprises must possess equivalent local qualifications) 资质证明文件（马来西亚企业必须具备当地同等资质）:
3.1. Possess a second-level (or above) qualification certificate for decoration and renovation engineering issued by the national administrative authority (such as the provincial or municipal Construction Committee and Interior Decoration Association) and the decoration and renovation construction qualification issued by the national industrial and commercial administration authority.
For Malaysian companies, the tenderer must hold a CIDB G5 or above certification and be registered under CIDB with the B (Building) or B04 (Renovation) category, qualifying them to undertake renovation works.
持有国家行政主管部门(省市级以上的建委及室内装饰协会)签发认证的装饰装修工程二级（含二级）以上企业资格证书和国家工商行政管理部门签发的装饰装修施工资质。
本地施工单位必须在马来西亚建筑工业发展局（CIDB）注册，等级为G5 或以上，并具有适当的工作代码，如 B（建筑工程）或 B04（室内设计与装修）。
3.2. Must be legally registered and possess a valid business license or equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation.
合格的营业执照。
3.3. Possess a valid safety production license or an equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in the country of incorporation, with proof of compliance with annual inspection requirements.
年检合格的安全生产许可证。
项目经理及项目管理班子成员必须是投标人企业在职正式职工[并提供已有办理一年以上（含一年）社保证明复印件和劳动合同复印件为准]。项目经理应具备二级及其以上建造师执业资格（同时具备中级及以上技术职称）。
4. Distribution of Invitation to Tender (ITT) 发放招标文件时间:
(No registration or documents will be accepted or issued outside this period在规定时间外不再接受报名和发放招标文件)

投标人可在上述时间段内联系招标事务联系人，由后者带领至现场踏勘。
6. Inquiry & Clarification 答疑:
Time 时间: No on-site Q&A will be organized for this tender. All tenderers should submit written questions via fax/email by 6.00pm on 17th April, 2025. The tenderer will respond in writing by 6.00pm on 18th April, 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.
本次招标不组织现场答疑，请各投标单位在2025年4月17日18:00前以书面形式传真/电邮，招标人将在2025年4月18日18:00之前以书面形式回复。逾期不候。
